Today is my last day of orientation and during our group activities, we had a great time. We were in CLC with some other yellow groups. After the faculty briefing, the OCs gathered in front and started telling ghost stories and encounters ( some were really creepy! ). They were damn cool la... Especially IQ with his deep voice and the rest behind making the sound effects.

This is the 3rd day of my Orientation Week. Yikes! There's 3000+ students in the May intake, including those in Cyberjaya Campus. The thing I hate about this orientation is we have to wear the u's official batik on the openin and closin ceremony! Sheesh... I was in the different group with Wai Kit, Yin San & Jiok Swan...I was alone...But luckily I made some friends in my group (Yellow 12) and this group is quite fun ( though boring at times ).
Sorry to post this one a bit late. Actually I was using the CC that day to update my blog, but alas due to the congested server, all my updates were gone.
Alright, lemme tell a bit bout my first day in MMU. That day was 26th April, & it was the registration day for the Alpha Eng. & IT students. I'm not the earliest there and already there's a massive crowd. Lots of seniors were there to show us around. I was taken to the counter to collect my student ID and receipt. Then I had to go to the main hall to sign for the checklist. After that I was shown the way to the hostel.
My room was quite small ( not as big as I've expected ) but it's expensive compared to the apartment rentals outside. Well there's a double decker bed in my rectangle-sized room, a window opposite of the door, next to the window is two study tables, a small sink with mirror and two wardrobes. There's also a wall-fan and a stand-fan in my room.
What a coincidence on my first day! My roommate is actually a friend of my primary classmate!! I was lucky on the first day to meet someone I know there. We were damn bored on that day and everyone's staring at the clock, hoping for time to pass by in a wink. Dinner was taken with the accompaniment of my roommate and my friend, then we walked back and stroll around the campus. We made some new friends on our boring stroll and it turned out to be a great one. We chatted until latenight and surprisingly there's no curfew in our hostel!!
Bleah...I can't sleep that day! First of all, I'm not used to sleep on the upper bunk and second of all, I'm homesick!!
