[Results]

This week I got most of my results except Comp Application.... Sigh, I flunk my Physics... I've expected it, since I never excel in it and the lecturer is >_< I wonder when am I gonna be good in it? But one thing which assures me is my Human D. results. I got a 23/30 even though I didn't study much before the test. The rest is okay, average.

It's such a relief that the tests are over. But I pity the seniors as they still have exams after the mid-term hols... Nyek nyek nyek.... I better enjoy this "honey-moon year" while I still can! Oh, but wait... It's onli... 1, 2, 3, 4 0_0 more or less weeks to the finals!! Arghh..... NOT AGAIN!!

You wouldn't believe this! I wouldn't believe it myself either!! I actually took up martial arts!!!

It all begins when Mifern asked me to join with her. I didn't go initially to the first few trainins cos I dunno bout it and secondly I was busy last week. We did some warm-up before enterin the lesson and today we were being taught by a trainer (not those black belt seniors). But seriously, I learnt a lot today... And it's very tiring as the last thing I'll remember is my last exercise session.

Things which are parallel but ain't in my horizon crossed over today.

[Student's Utmost Fear]

My first ever exam in a university.. I felt weird to have it this way :-

* Pre-Calculus, one of the most important subject
* It's late in the afternoon, which is 3.30 pm
* And the venue is exactly Exam Hall

Sheesh... Other groups had theirs at different venues. Well the experience there was scary I could say. 100 over students were in there and you're like takin some deep serious exam. Oh well... The exam started and I nearly flipped at the first question. Ergh... I know I'll never finish these sheets of papers... Of course some of my last minute rush did paid off, considerin a good amount of questions I managed to answer. Yet I can't finished all as time's up and I really dunno how to answer di la...

[Finding Nemo]

Finding Nemo. Yeah, this is the movie I'm gonna talk about. Watched it on Sunday and all I can say is superb!! It's one of the lovely films from Pixar which really keeps me in the movie mood even though it has ended.

This movie's about a fish -- Nemo, who was separated from his father by some mariners from the ocean. Well, most of the movie is about Nemo with a bunch of 'aquarium' frens who wanted to escape from the confinement; meanwhile the other side is about his father, Marlin who was worry sick about his one and only son and ventured through the vast ocean to search for Nemo.

The way they present the plot and reveal the storyline really awed me. I just love the witty lines and the lively characters within. Oh.... and Nemo is sooo cute!!

[Inner Feel]

What's this I'm feelin? When I'm alone in my room, facing my comp or doin my assignments; there are times when I'm not thinkin bout these works. Then, this fearful thought came to me... I feel lonely. Why? I can't find the exact answers myself. I try to search deep, think properly, why? What am I doin here? Plainly study? No? Yes? Looks like yes but I don't want my life to be like plain-white-bread. How's my social life goin? Good? Bad? Looks like good as I've made lots of new friends yet some aren't very close to me like my old gang. ( Yin San, Wai Kit are always here!! Lean Chiew, Vishul I miss you guys badly!! Poh Yoke, Sharon I miss you dearly!! )

There's something missin in my life... And I think it comes down to 'the-one'... Are... You... The One? I'm not sure, you seemed like yesterday's dream. So real, so near, yet I fear if I ever wake up and see the true world, you're gone. Yet dwellin in this dream will bring me nightmares; things unforeseen, unforetold & inevitable. Wake up? I dare not... This dream is too good to be true. Paths ahead are still blurry; fogged heavily that I can't even dare to take another step. I'll wait, and hope, to see the same truth as my dream will be. Deja Vu.

To Dearly Beloved Pasukan Perang: We will reunite coming this weekend. Let's keep our spirit high and never let go anything that we have this moment.

[Things You Do When Darkness Falls]

It was a starry night tonite, everything went like normal; too normal that it seemed like the calm before a storm... Then guess what? There really is a 'disaster' comin!! Voila! And there goes the electricity we're all depending on. All the lights in my room blinked out, including my comp! Immediately I can hear the voices of complainin from the boys block and everywhere. Darn... I was doin my English homework which has to be passed up tomorrow...

I went to the window and look outside ( there's the comp lab opposite, the boys block on the right & basketball court to my north-east ). Several boys were comin out to the balcony and showing their handphone lights, torchlights ( duh.... ) and students were all comin out of the comp lab. The whole campus has blackout!! My roommate came back and everyone was gettin out. So why wait? Just get out before I suffocate inside! I went downstairs as Ganaesh was waitin there. Whoa....seriously this is the first time I've ever experience these kinda things. The campus was full of ~life~, lots of people playing torchlights, lots of people scurryin down to escape the heat and darkness, lots of commotion goin on. Of course the important places in campus such as library, engineering lab, spr room and emergency lights were supported by generator.

When I was downstairs, my roommate called me. She said according to a senior ( she's lives next room ), whenever a blackout occurs, valuable things better be brought along or kept properly as theft will always happen. So I rushed upstairs ( sheesh... ) and brought my stuff along. The windows were closed as she also said that they climbed in thru it!! So g. & me went to spr to hang out there, but later yin san called me to yam cha cos ep was blackout too! So I agreed and we called wai kit too to rsu. Coincidentally m yee called me too to yam cha with him and his fren there cos their place also no electricity. So we hang out together ^_^ It's cool to chat together ^_^

Weirdest thing happened then... The mamak was so bright but suddenly it also blackout! Wa...everyone was yellin with bewilderment. Yet a few seconds later the lights resumed. Yo, what's wrong with the current eh?? Then after sometime the lights in campus resumed. Nyways, chattin was fun; m yee and fren left firs as they got early class tomorrow. So 3 of us chat & chat until 'goin-back' popped up in our mind.

[Smooth Physics]

Physics physics physics... It's suppose to be an interestin subject but dunno why all the teachers who's teaching it makes it sound sooo borin!. Yeah, I'm talking bout the Physics I I'm having now. The lecturer is... sigh... I'd prefer to read the Physics book rather than listening to what he's teaching in front. Hey, I'm not gonna push that '72 bucks' book away to the corner to collect dust, ain't I? That's just too cruel... University students should love their books right?

Today we had our second Physics Lab session and our first experiment. Each of us has a lab partner and darn... My lab partner -- Wei Chan hasn't turn up for days!!According to his friends, he has chicken pox!! Justin said luckily he doesn't have SARS... Yeah, right, lucky! So I was alone and later I teamed up with Ravi who was alone too. Hey, he's absolutely cool and funny! ^_^

Whoa... Our experiment is totally cool! We're basically doing what we did in F4, the pendulum experiment. In F4, we have to do it manually by counting the number of swings ( now we call it 'oscillation', ehem.... excuse me.... ), then calculate the time with the analogue clock, then make our overall and average calculations right? Today, we still did the same experiment but the calculations were automatically done! There's this electronic device -- photogate, which acts as electronic timer that calculates all the sways, time taken and average for you. So basically the practical part in the experiment is just a brush. But the hard part is doing the report. Erghh.... really hate to plot graphs and do sums!!

I just got assigned under the neXus central unit after attending the SPB AGM. You know what I got? (I bet Poh Yoke would wanna switch place with me if she hears this) I got assigned under the content department as a reporter. Basically they assigned each of us based on the questionnaire we filled up and our interest.

Well... I got my first task already... (They're real fast =_=) Together with Rajjiv and another girl (I forgot her name :P), we are going to cover the X-Games during the ConvoCarnival.

This thing keeps pop up in my mind, which worries me quite a bit: Can I write???
